Sabbatini and its agreement with the INTI

The national company and the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) will begin to work together in the testing and analysis of new developments.

After a successful meeting at the Mechanics headquarters of the National Institute of Industrial Technology, representatives of Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos and the National Institute decided to join forces and start working together. The project will be for testing and analysis of new developments, which will allow to raise the quality and guarantee standards of the company’s products even further.

Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos is characterized by its constant investment in innovation and technology, but this year the bet it is making is the highest in recent decades. During 2019, the company exponentially multiplied the R&D budget with the intention of launching new products that adapt to a market that continues to advance and that needs resistant, innovative items that allow for greater profitability.

For his part, Mr. Juan Manuel Labanca – Responsible for the Economics area of ​​the Center for Research and Development in Mechanics (INTI) – comments that the Institute has the country’s first industrial tomograph and the first 3D metal printer. The Research and Development Center already has available Rapid Prototyping and Tomography laboratories, where it has state-of-the-art equipment to mainly assist the metalworking, automotive and food sectors. The Center also incorporated a coordinate measuring machine that replaces the existing one and thus can provide greater and better performance in the area of ​​metrology. Currently, these new acquired technologies are in their installation and start-up stage, while INTI personnel are training for their correct operation.
