June is a very important month for Argentine Engineering since June 6 marks Engineering Day and June 16 Engineer Day. Two similar dates, two different events.
On June 6, 1870, the first civil engineer from Argentina and Latin America graduated: Luis Augusto Huergo. He was a student in the Department of Exact Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires. On June 16, 1865 the creation of the Engineering career at the same university is remembered.
At Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos, in 2019 the engineering room was created to carry out the full potential in the development of new products and the constant improvement of existing ones. Design technology was also migrated to Inventor and work is constantly being done to optimize machining times.
Currently, internal processes are being optimized and new sophisticated equipment for the metrology area is soon to arrive.
Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos has been investing permanently in technology and training for all its staff for more than 60 years to achieve the highest quality standards in all its processes. Today, all areas of the company work under standardized quality standards (ISO 9001).
