The latest hydraulic kit presented by Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos, specially designed for different applications, has an innovative concept and multiple advantages.

The new line of hydraulic kits for dump boxes mounted on trucks designed by Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos was developed for bodyworks, also called rocker boxes or rocker type. The Smart Lifting Kit combines all current market needs and incorporates the security advantages and return filtering of the Smart Power Kit.

It has an anti-vibration system that allows cushioning movements. The tank has stainless steel reinforcements, self-adjusting base and two minimum and maximum indicators showing the safety levels in filling it. On the other hand, this model is designed with a return filtering system and a submerged filter to the line. It is completed with a new safety kit for coupling, which also facilitates the mounting of the joystick (with indicator light) from the cabin.

One of its great advantages is that it can be configured in two modes:

• Smart Lifting Kit Low Pressure (S.L.K.L.P.), for equipment with lower pressure requirement – which can work up to 180 kg / cm2.
• Smart Lifting Kit High Pressure (S.L.K.H.P.), which is configured with a working pressure of up to 300 kg / cm2.
