This new product is ideal for chassis mounted dump equipment, since it has an innovative round format and made by optimizing components, which makes it a high efficiency kit.

This equipment was specially developed by the hand of the main assemblers, with the aim of covering the needs of the dump equipment.

• High Pressure Equipment:
  Configuration for more demanding jobs. The equipment is prepared for continuous work of up to 250 kg / cm2 available with high-pressure hydraulic pumps in flow rates from 120 to 170 liters, pneumatic distributor valve as the end of the telescopic cylinder, ideal for oil or mining applications.

Advantage:

• Hydraulic tank: Rear placement with cylindrical format and a space adapted to all types of equipment. It has stainless steel details, which in addition to reinforcing the safety of the equipment gives the team a light and innovative aesthetic.
• Anti-vibration system: Each team has four rubber support legs, distributing the weight and damping the vibration of the equipment.
• Filling levels: Each equipment is configured with the minimum and maximum levels of hydraulic oil according to the optimal operation.
• Loading mouth with filter: It allows an agile filling and a first stop to impurities.
• Filtering by return: It allows to filter the hydraulic oil after the route along it, extending the useful life of all the components. The filter is submerged in the tank.
• Distributor command: It has three command positions, being able to interrupt the movement at the desired point. It has a security system that prevents the equipment from rising involuntarily. It significantly increases the descent speed and has built-in overpressure and limit switches.
• Drive for power take-off: This command includes a warning light and has a safety system for automatic decoupling of the power take-off when the equipment is lowered, which avoids unnecessary accidents by not decoupling it.
• Joystick with three positions: Each kit includes a joystick type command with an exclusive design that contains a special support, taking care of the aesthetics of the cabin and facilitating its installation. This command provides greater security in the operation, allowing smoother movements of ascent and descent.
